Service Description

A 3D Virtual Matterport and/or Zillow Tour of the property to virtually navigate through the property Next day delivery (If home is 3,000 Sq Ft or under) 2D floor plan (Optional Add on) $50 - This adds a floor plan which includes dimensions of individual rooms, plus the Sq Ft per floor, and Total sqft. Delivered 12-24 hours after 3D Flat Rate Pricing based on Sq Feet If you’re a returning client, you receive our return client discount of $25

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 12 hours of the shoot will result in a $50 cancelation fee. If our photographer is on their way to the shoot/at the shoot and you decide to cancel, there will be a $75 cancelation fee. Please reach out to us in advance before your shoot so that the photographer does not head out to the listing and you won't be charged.
